The following items are brought to notice:
1.Before the contract is come into force, REA consortium has announced that all the required permits for execution of the contract have been received from the authorities.
2.“End User Statement” Document is considered for Iran before removing sanctions and only for special equipment (not for dispatching experts).
3.For rendering of technical support services, the contract is directly made between NPPD Company and REA Company. Therefore expert officers from Russia were dispatched to NPPD. As a result, Tavana Company benefits from their services.

Для получения разрешения от российских органов по надзору за внешнеэкономической деятельностью на оказание услуг по поддержке фирмы TAVANA, нам необходимо получить от фирмы TAVANA "Заявление конечного пользователя" (форма прилагается).
Прошу вас оформить такое заявление и направить в наш адрес.
