Dear Mr. Smirnov,

the second protocol af acceptance ( 117,000 euros ) includes two document.
The first document about "report on possibility to use reserve FAs" has been accepted by us, but it has to be submitted officially by sending final versions on paper copies based on term and conditions of Supplement No. 7.
About Second Report, “Analysis and evaluation data of ICIS received during operation of the reactor for BNPP-1, Cycle 2”, we have just received this report. It has been sent to BNPP. As I told you yesterday, we are waiting to receive BNPP comments. After receiving their comments, I will forward them to you. Again you can consult with BNPP representatives in training course in order to solve the issue.

as you said yesterday BNPP-1 has some comments on the report “Analysis and evaluation data of ICIS received during operation of the reactor for BNPP-1, Cycle 2”.

About additional comments to the report on the analysis of ICIS data - as I have said - BNPP-1 always have any comments, it is an endless process.

1- The document should be approved by our colleagues from BNPP, some of them are in the training course in Moscow. you are kindly requested to submit these report to them in order to prevent delay in acceptance of documents. I will also forward the document to BNPP.

2- After acceptance by BNPP, I will inform you to send paper copies by express mail .

P.S. About table3 item 2 about " Analysis and validation data of ICIS received during operation of BNPP-1, Cycle 2 (item 9 of MOM) there is a mistake in the Protocol. The document has not been approved by our colleagues from BNPP and there is some comments that will be forwarded to you in future.
