I just received your email today. With regard to the scientific visit, the related issues are shown as follows:

1. My email address :jingyang@cncs.bj.cn & ceojy2013@163.com. Please send the email to me with above both email addresses. Sometimes maybe there’s something wrong with the mailbox(jingyang@cncs.bj.cn) so that I can’t receive the email in time.

2.I have sent the invitation letter and the confirmation letters to Andi on 22 April. Now I send these documents to you. Please find the enclosed documents and send those to the candidates.

3.My colleague will book domestic air-tickets for the candidates. Then the candidates pay my colleague for two tickets and working lunch by Renminbi(RMB). The round-trip ticket is about ¥1040 per person.

If the candidates don’t choose to take plane, we can go there by train. The round-trip ticket is about ¥800 per person. But it will take at lease 13 hours on the train.

4.My colleague will pick the candidates up at the airport. Besides our team will arrange vehicles for daily delivery of candidates.

Please tell me your choice about the transportation, by train or train. I’m looking forward to your reply ASAP.
