Last June during our visit in Tehran we had a first contact between NPPD and AREVA NP. At the end of this meeting which allowed us to preliminary identify topics of interest for NPPD and its subsidiaries, NPPD (Mr. Rohanifar and Mr. Doustmohamadi) expressly asked us to come back soon with more detailed information about the support AREVA NP could bring them. During this meeting the RPV surveillance specimens test facility was also underlined by your colleagues as important for them.

We received your Request for Quotation for a technical and commercial proposal of the NPP surveillance specimens test. We are clearly interested by and we began to work on it. However we need more clarification and precision at the level of detail which will allow AREVA NP to establish adequate offer and quotation.
For your information we (AREVA NP) will be in Tehran from Monday November 7th – 9th and our delegation will be composed by myself, Mr. Ludovic Devos (VP.worldwide VVER servicing activities) and Mr. Othman Salhi (VP. VVER activities).
During this trip we will have a meetings with NPPD and we have to meet TAVANA too. This meeting will allow us to perform all technical clarifications work for your request and prepare an offer adapted to your needs.
For your information, the organization of our meetings with NPPD (and I hope with TAVANA also) is managed by the International Relation Department of AEOI (Mr. Ali Akbar Rezaei).

To whom it may concern,
We are writing to you by referring to our letter No. LTR-6000-4475 dated on 2016/09/06 on Bushehr NPP reactor surveillance specimens tests. Since we don't have received any reply from your company, we have written this letter to ask our request once again. Could you please send your technical proposal including estimated price, time, schedule, etc for the activities mentioned in our previous letter?
