Thank you for your sending the draft of TA for modernization of stack of BNPP-1. We will review of this TA and send to you our comments ASAP.
regarding the supply of equipment, may be possible to supply by V.F company. for on-line tritium measurement, If you agree I will contact with V.F Representative in IRAN to investigate how they can supply this equipment by buying from other companies.

Dear Mr. Raji,

Please find attached the draft of the technical assignment for the
stack of BNPP-1.
I have included some of my comments in the text (in yellow).

Unfortunatelly we have some bad news also - in our phone conversation
with Thermo Fisher we asked them about supply equipment to Iran and
they declined. They said that they are american company and according
to american low, trade with Iran is still prohibited.
Next week or the week after that we will have some information from
Mirion, but thay are also american company....
In all cases VF can supply the equipment and they will, but they don't
offer on-line tritium measurement

If you have any questions, do not hasitate to contact me.

PS: From tomorrow till next Sunday I will be on Kozloduy NPP site so
will answer all the e-mails late in the evenings
