Dear Mr Ghods,

1.        I am glad to confirm that all of us (the 3 external experts and myself) we have got our visa and the flight tickets. Could you please confirm that you have received the flight details for each of us?

2.        Regarding the agenda we would like to clarify the following aspects:

a.        There will be two practical exercises (one for FRI and one for normal operation); please inform the participants that they have to bring their calculators. We will practice with some simple calculations.

b.       We consider convenient for the Workshop that somebody from your side make one or more presentations covering the following aspects: Operating experience / Fuel handling practices / Leaking fuel identification (means and practices) / Gamma spectrometry applications, …

If you agree to make these presentations I would appreciate to know the title and the estimated duration for each of them.

As soon as I will receive your answer I will send you the preliminary draft agenda for your comments.
