Dear Mr. Hamid Azarbad,

Thank you for your information, the scan of passport and registration of Mr. Zolghadr have been received.

As the LOIs are still under application, I think there are two options should be considered because of the limited time:

Option 1:

For applying for VISA, what kind of LOIs can be used? The copies or the originals? And how long it will takes for applying for VISA in Iran since you have the copies/originals?
Do you have enough time for applying, if you get the copies of LOIs on 25 December, if not, we may consider about the option 2.

Option 2:
We need to select another proper time to conduct the Benchmarking programme, before or after the period of 7-13 February 2016, because during that time, we are on the holiday of china traditional festival( Spring Festival), do you have recommendation?

Sorry for not replying your on time, because I'm still waiting for the response of CNNC which is responsible for sending you the LOIs.

Based on the requirements of CNNC, I send the draft BM schedule to CNNC in a timely manner after you give it to me, and tracked this matters in the past a few days, but I have not received any response yet.

I have already asked my colleagues to urge some relating aspects to speed up the process of sending you the LOIs, I will also keep on tracking on this matter, and inform you ASAP.

Dear Mr. Wang Yuhang,

Please find attached the preliminary program of visit.
The benchmarking program will be conducted in five working days beginning from 11 January 2016 up to 15 January 2016.
The proposal of Bushehr Nuclear power plant for the conduction of the benchmarking program is as attached. Since we do not know the conditions of the plant, therefore it is kindly requested that the program be corrected in accordance with the conditions and possibility of conduction. Also hours and time necessary for each question or program should be corrected by the host representatives considering the conditions.
As the flight schedule and necessary preliminaries have not been determined yet, it is requested that three weeks be considered for issuing the letter of invitation (one week before and one week after working program).
The working language of benchmarking program can be English and Russian. Some of the participants have good command of English and some of them have good command of Russian. Therefore I think there would not be any special problem in this regard.
Please keep me informed of the results after your correction of the program and contemplation about it.
