Dear Mr. Myasnikov

Thank you for sending your experts information fairly soon. You are kindly requested to fill the attached “personal data application form for entry visa to Iran”.
The explanation about the signing of the contract must has been misunderstanding. The contract is going to be signed by Diakont and Nuclear Power Production & Development Co. of Iran (NPPD) according to NPPD letter No.LTR-4900-936453 dated 2014/12/23 to Mr. Aleksanin. TAVANA Co. is in charge of providing technical support to BNPP-1 including investigating upgrade of refueling machine with in-mast sipping system, but NPPD is a governmental company that has the enough authority to ensure that the specified items in your e-mail are fulfilled. Therefore all of the items can be included in the text of the contract draft or its attachments.
