Ув ажаемый Андрей,

Я несколько раз позвонил в Тегеран и следил за МТП NPPD ( Corporate Nuclear Oversight (CNO) topic as benchmarking to Slovenske Electrarne company (Slovakia) in 2017) и не было ясности из-за реорганизации структуры NPPD и назначения новых руководителей для этой ответственности .

Thank you for your requests about TSMs and benchmarking.

Based on Moscow Centre financial and staff situation we’re ready to conduct on 2017 year only 2 TSMs, e.g.:

1. Root Cause Analysis & Event Investigations Experiences.

2. Risk Management

3. And benchmarking on training

Also please consider that Moscow Centre already received 5 TSMs requests from Bushehr NPP.

I proposed Corporate Nuclear Oversight (CNO) topic will conduct as benchmarking to Slovenske Electrarne company (Slovakia).

If this benchmarking is acceptable for NPPD MC ready to send official request to Slovenske Electrarne.

If you prefer conduct CNO as TSM in Tehran we can move this TSM to 2018.

Waiting your decision about CNO conducting and after that MC will start TSMs and benchmarkings preparation.

No problems. Please fill attached request and MC will include this BM in 2017 schedule.

2. A benchmarking visit to WANO Paris or Moscow Center Utility on "Establishing an Engineering Technical Support System at NPP by Corporate";

MC planning this benchmarking to Paris Centre for Bushehr NPP in first half of 2017 year.

It will be good to combine NPPD and Bushehr in one benchmarking.

Please fill attached request for this benchmarking.

3. To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of Corporate Nuclear Oversight activities;

To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of Corporate Independent Oversight activities;

To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of Root Cause Analysis and Event Investigation experiences;

To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of OPEX experiences;

- To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of Root Cause Analysis and Event Investigation experiences;

- To plan WANO-MC Technical Support Mission in the area of OPEX experiences;

Till know NPPD do not received any proposal in this respect and you are kindly requested to make appropriate measures and inform us accordingly.
