Dear Sirs,

The Agency proposes a mission to be undertaken by the IAEA staff members: Mr
Nicolas TRICOT, Technical Officer for the TC Project IRA4038 (Upgrading
NPPD's Safety and Engineering Infrastructure for Planning and Construction
of Two NPP Units with Pressurized Light Water Reactors (PWR) in Bushehr) and
Ms Irina Georgiana SANDA, to Tehran, from 19 to 24 May 2012 (duty days 21
- 23 May 2012).

The purpose of Mr Tricot's and Ms Sanda's visit is to support the smooth
implementation of the Workshop on Practical Applications in Support of
Safety Analysis and present lectures on Deterministic Safety Assessment
Applications.

Mr Tricot's and Ms Sanda's itineraries are as follows:

LH6339 W 19MAY VIEFRA OK 1530 1700

LH 600 W 19MAY FRAIKA OK 1810 arrives at 0130 +1

OS 872 T 24MAY IKAVIE OK departs at 0355 0600

We would like to kindly request you to arrange the airport pick-up and hotel
bookings. Kindly disreagrd this request should these arrangments already be
in place.
