I would like to confirm that the financial conditions for both representatives of Tavana will be one and the same.

Based on this agreement I would like to ask you to :

-          fill the registration forms for participation in the conference with all details of your representatives and to send them to us as soon as possible; 

-          indicated in the participation forms the name of your presentation which I hope will be presented by one of your representatives in front of the conference – the topic of presentation which we are expecting is : Nuclear program of Iran – plans and development.

Of course we will need information for the travel details of your representatives with the purpose to be able to organize local transport for them.

I would like to inform you that for special speaker from TAVANA, the decision of the Organization committee for the Conference is – without participation fee.

In the same time I would like to assure you that we highly appreciate TAVANA participation and will cover the hotel accommodation of the delegate during the conference and transfer airport-hotel-airport. You will be responsible only for the covering of your travel expenses to Varna, Bulgaria, and back.
