Please be informed that we are not able to book the hotel in Incheon Airport from 13 to 14 October 2017, as Claudia Böckermann cannot book the hotel there. Would you please help us to book the hotel at Incheon Airport for Mr. Ghaffari and Mr. Abbaspour?
It is possible for you send us a copy of their train tickets?

sorry but in the confirmation letters I send in my previous e-mail but they had a mistake with the arrival date and therefore hotel booking arrival date. Sorry for that.
Please find the corrected once there. Unfortunately and that’s probably because I’m working late from home the format doesn’t fit. But I thought it is more important to show the correct dates etc. than the format.
For the accommodation at Incheon airport for the night 13 – 14 October 2017 we recommend Grand Hyatt Incheon or Best Western Premier Incheon Airport
Unfortunately I cannot make the booking for you.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

If it is not possible for your to pay via credit card please pay the amount on site in Cash.
Please note that we will not have change money.
On 19 October no departure shuttle is offered any more so please book yourself a taxi via the concierge of the hotel.

Before all, I appreciate your kind attention to us.
During several past days, we have been looking for the best flights for Mr. Ghaffari and Mr. Abbaspour and that's why I'm sending you the flight details with delay.
As given below, they will travel from Tehran to South Korea on 13 October 2017. As you see, they will arrive Incheon Airport at 23:15 and since there is no KTX high-speed train to Gyeongju, Singyeongju Station, they will have to stay one night there.
My first request is that would you please book a hotel near there so that they can depart to Gyeongju?
The second request is that, would you please provide them with train tickets (KTX high-speed train to Gyeongju, Singyeongju Station)?
The other point is that, they will arrive Gyeongju on 14 October 2017 and it is necessary to change their reservation (Hilton Hotel) from 14 to 19 October 2017 (5 nights).
Meanwhile, the train tickets from Gyeongju to Incheon Airport should also be provided for 19 October 2017.
I am looking forward to hearing you soon.
