Dear Mr Salehi,

The Agency proposes a mission to be undertaken by IAEA staff member Mr . Palmiro VILLALIBRE ARES, under TC project IRA/2/011 “Strengthening and Upgrading Capabilities for Safe and Reliable Operation and Maintenance of a Pressurized Light Water Reactor”, to Bushehr , Iran from 06 to 10 December 2014 (duty period).
The purpose of Mr Villalibre Ares travel to Bushehr is to lead and coordinate the above-mentioned training workshop and provide technical input to it.

Please find attached the information needed to issue the visa supporting invitation letter for Mr Villalibre Ares as well as the copy of his UNLP as we would greatly appreciate your kind support on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We would also kindly request you to provide us with accommodation details that have been arranged as well as the flight details for Tehran - Bushehr –Tehran ( flight numbers as well as arrival and departure time ) as this information is urgently needed to request for security clearance.
