Dear Mr. Ghods,

Today we finish our review of the frame work agreement. I could say that we agree with it. Since we did not know that according to the IRI tax rules we should pay 5% tax. That way my proposal is slightly to modify our man-hour rates reflecting that tax (see it in brackets into the proposal). I think it is pretty face and acceptable for you. If you agree we could proceed with the signature of the agreement.
