Subject: On the L/C expiration date

Dear Sirs,

Attached please find the official letter regarding the L/C expiration date.

We kindly ask you to change the date of expiry of the L/C (i.31D of the L/C) from May 18, 2020 to December 31, 2020 considering that the last Final Acceptance Certificates probably will not be presented to the Nominated Bank earlier.
