Dear Mr. Junirsah

First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for your kind actions on our project.
As already requested by you, please find enclosed the completed and signed vendor forms of Messrs. Daneshtalab, Shahianjahromi and Ghaderi for proceeding their visa grant processes and initial coordination is also made with UNDP in Iran.
Please be advised that today morning, we received their tickets from American Express and now we are making final arrangements on their travel to China.
Meanwhile, we have made a contact to Mr. Jing Yang and submitted the tickets to him via email for the experts' accommodation.

I also have two requests from you:
1. Please take proper measures in such a way that we can receive the lump sum from UNDP as soon as possible.
2. Since Mr. Jing Yang has not responded to my emails, I kindly ask you to support us on the effective and appropriate connection of the Chinese party, Mr. Jing Yang with us.

A) tickets: it is not possible for us to contact to American express site ( there is unknown failure) for obtaining the Iranian experts as nominated in below e-mail, May I ask you to send their tickets and itinerary to us.

B) Up to now as we informed the travel grant (US $1472 for each expert) have not been received by UNDP in Iran, May I ask you to inform us of the Status.

C) We do not have any information on accommodation and transit / transfer airplane to and from airport and ... by Host.(there is no effective connection with Mr.Jing Yang , as the host contact person.).

I'm Mojtaba and contacting you from Bushehr NPP, Iran. Our three experts (Messrs. Daneshtalab, Shahianjahromi & Ghaderi) are going to travel to china to have a scientific visit in 8-14 May 2018. (IAEA Project No.IRA17005V CPR, IRA17006V CPR, IRA17007V CPR). I think you have already informed of this visit.
Would you please send us the tickets (Tehran-Beijing-Jiangsu-Tehran), since we are not able to contact American Express. Meanwhile, please send me the hotel confirmations for three experts, if possible.
