Dear Mr. Abbaspour,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. Again, I wish to thank you and your staff for your hospitality and assistance during our week in Bushehr.

As a follow to our meeting during the week, I have discussed the scientific visits that you mentioned with OSS staff and they assured me that they are trying to work on a solution. Regarding the other issues, I am still looking into them and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

In response to a discussion that we had during the Workshop on research information, I have identified several documents that your staff may find interesting. Unfortunately, they are extremely large so I will need to find an alternative means of sending them to you other than e-mail. I will work on this and let you know what I find out.

I look forward to working with you again soon.

Best regards,
