Dear Mr Raisali,

The IAEA kindly requests clearance from the authorities in Iran for the above-mentioned IAEA expert team mission under the Project IRA2013 "Enhancing the Level of Operational Safety and Reliability of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant-1" to be carried out in Busher, Iran from 3 to 6 November 2018 (excluding travel days) for the below two IAEA Staff Members and one IAEA International Expert. Please refer to the attached Job Description for further details with regard to this mission.

1. Visa Support: it would be much appreciated, should they require it, if visa support can be provided to the expert team via direct communication with them for smooth coordination of the VISA process.
2. Flights to Bushehr: kindly provide us with the a copy of the flight schedules for the Tehran-Bushehr-Tehran flights. This is needed for security clearance purposes.
3. Accommodation in Bushehr (and Tehran if necessary): please provide us with the accommodation details in Bushehr and if required also the accommodation in Tehran.
4. Itineraries to Tehran: the itineraries for Mr Ganesan and Mr Roue are reflected below. We will provide you with the flight details of Mr Salhi as soon as it becomes available.
5. Airport pick-up: we would kindly request that arrangements are made for airport pick up for the entire team.
