Thank you for your kind e-mail regarding Frame Work Agreement (FWA). Since, the general conditions is a common part for each work order, we would like to propose to be included in the Frame Work Agreement. Therefore, in order to save time, we kindly ask you to prepare the general conditions to be incorporated into FWA. At the same time we are also working on the text of FWA together with the general conditions and let you know about the comments.

Following our talks during the meetings in the office of NPPD, find enclosed the requested Frame Work Agreement (FWA). A sample Work Order for the specific tasks, governed under the FWA is attached also.
Any comment or modification are welcome and we are open to incorporate them in the FWA.
