Dear fellows,

In connection with your scientific visit which has been approved by IAEA it is necessary to start organization of your scientific visit in the Czech Republic immediately. As you know you have to apply for visa. For it you need an invitation letter and in that is necessary to put the address of accommodation where you will stay in Prague (Rez) during your scientific visit.
So let me know if you will manage it by yourself with your friends who are living in Prague or Rez or you want from me to find some accommodation (a pension) for you.
In case that you will manage it by yourself, let me know the addressee including the contact that means at least phone number (fax and email if there is any) where you will stay during your scientific visit. In this case I would like to draw your attention to instructions in IAEA scientific visit travel and payment instructions, especially to the sentence "... you are required to stay at your assigned accommodation for the full duration of your stay."
Be aware that the Czech embassy has until 30 days to solve your application, so please send your decision as soon as possible.

With best regards

Tereza
