Please be kindly informed that within the period from July 9 to 11, 2016 Contractor representatives' visit to Bushehr NPP site is scheduled to discuss the Technical assignment for works performance related to preparation to IAEA OSART and follow-up missions at BNPP-1 in the framework of Contract No. CNT-ETS/4100-1 and submission of the Contractor specialists' details to be involved in the mentioned operations implementation.
You are kindly requested to instruct concerned persons to secure the Contractor representatives entering Bushehr NPP site (copies of passports attached) and arrange a meeting with BNPP representatives in charge of preparation to IAEA OSART and follow-up missions.
