As a first step, as you saw in the mail exchange earlier, I would need you to fulfil the attached document, and to make it signed by the National Liaison Officer from Slovakia in order for you to get the funding from the IAEA. Mr. Momeni will surely help you in this regard.

1&2 The meeting is to be held 23-25.10.18. I send you the information sheet about the event and expectations.
3&4 Administrative work is currently underway and meeting participants will receive their invitation letters once all internal clearances are done on our end. In the meantime, each expert can seek his own clearance for the TC form. Without the signed TC form, we are not able to pay the grantee at all.

1. Is there any change in the meeting date (as far as I know, the meeting is going to be convened on 02-04 October 2018)?
2. Since in your previous emails was mentioned that Mr. Alipour should give presentation, would you please tell me the exact role of him in this meeting? Member of board or just participant?
3. As much as I know, IAEA will bear all costs for this mission. Am I right?
4. To proceed his mission process via NLO, we need a formal letter from IAEA indicating his invitation to this meeting. Please send me this letter.

I am planning a Consultancy Meeting on Roadmap Development for Expanding and Replacing Nuclear Power Programs beginning of October 2018. This topic is independent from TC Projects and this email is just sent informally between us.

I am inviting several experts from different countries and I would like to have one person from IRAN for this topic in this meeting. Not specifically from NPPD. At the moment, the IAEA is addressing its support (documentation) to non-nuclearized countries and not to operating countries. This is the reason why the main objective of the meeting is to identify challenges that an operating country might face when starting a new nuclear power project.

Ideally, the selected expert should be able to present current challenges, expansion programme experience, good practices and lessons learned in IRAN faced by various stakeholders planning or implementing new nuclear power plant projects.

You will find attached the draft of the according Term of Reference.

Can you please let me know if you have any idea of a suitable candidate?
