Dear Mr. Raji,

Please find attached the draft of the technical assignment for the
stack of BNPP-1.
I have included some of my comments in the text (in yellow).

Unfortunatelly we have some bad news also - in our phone conversation
with Thermo Fisher we asked them about supply equipment to Iran and
they declined. They said that they are american company and according
to american low, trade with Iran is still prohibited.
Next week or the week after that we will have some information from
Mirion, but thay are also american company....
In all cases VF can supply the equipment and they will, but they don't
offer on-line tritium measurement

PS: From tomorrow till next Sunday I will be on Kozloduy NPP site so
will answer all the e-mails late in the evenings
