Dear Mr. G. Halev

In reply to your email on cooperation in providing Germanic equipment and spare parts of nuclear power plants (email of AREVA GmbH ), and due to the fact that most of the NPP’s safety equipment is made in German, our company welcomes your suggestion.

In this regard, it should be mentioned that your proposed price plays an important role in our decision. In addition, the main cooling pump of the primary circuit is Russian type. So the offered equipment (i.e. electro-motor of the primary circuit’s main cooling pump) does not seem to be applicable in Bushehr NPP.

With best regards

M.Ghods

Subject: spare parts

Dear Mr. Ghods,

Today I had a mail from AREVA GmbH. See their questions as it is below.

I heard you ( Risk ) has talks with Busher?

Could be interesting to check on their needs for used parts from german shut

down plants? Specifically there is a spare motor for the main coolant pumps

in Grafenrheinfeld, never used, according to Siemens a 1:1 fit for Busher.

Could be of interest and help to open further doors?

With best Regards - Manfred Schwemmlein

Best regards,

George
