I believe they will be tired from the travel so let me know if we have to take them directly to the hotel or take them to the company for a short meeting and after that take them to the hotel for rest.

Dear Mr. Sheikholeslami,

I just talked with BG embassy in Tehran. They told me that you submit the documents for visas on 22.02.2016. Normally the procedures for obtaining visas take 10 days. Since they still do not have conformation from Sofia they cannot proceed with issuing the visas. They promised me to call to our Foreign Ministry and ask for permission to accelerate the process and try to issue the visas by the end of the day. By the end of the they will inform me by the phone. I will keep you informed also.
