Dear Mr M. Ghods,

I was appointed as the Technical Officer to implement the input “1.22.3 WS on spent fuel monitoring for safe operation of BNPP-1” of the activity “1.22 WWER  in core fuel management activities including preparation of optimized core pattern configuration by applying an overall optimized model” of the IAEA Technical Cooperation Project IRA/2/011 “Action Plan for Implementation of Workplan activities in 2012-2013 and 2014-2015”.

In this framework I have composed a draft proposal for the “Workshop on spent fuel wet storage for safe operation of BNPP-1” to be held in March 2015 at the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant. Three international experts from Bulgaria, Hungary and Slovakia as well as and IAEA staff and myself have been proposed as workshop participants.

Please find attached the proposed schedule of the workshop.

I would like to kindly ask you to confirm if the proposed workshop date and venue are acceptable for you as well as to provide comments to the proposed workshop schedule.
