According to the agreement accepted by Mr. Georgiev at yesterday's meeting, please apply the following in the document "Technical specification for the IAEA procurement: System for environmental and public protection for Bushehr for normal operational conditions and for emergency situations".
After applying the necessary changes please send us this document. Officially We will send last version of this.
1- In "1 SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS": Adding one more Clients (Total 2 Clients) ESTE for emergency (ESTE BNPP Client)Next license;
2- In "2 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SOFTWARE COMPONENT I." It's requested to be mentioned : " The S/W will calculate and report the results Uncertainties- Uncertainty module of ESTE for normal operation";
3- We would like to have "Comprehensive Training - advanced" in this stage;
4- We would like to have "Technical support and maintenance" be in one year in this stage.
