I would like to inform you that according to our program, that will be sent you as soon as possible, we will organize a transportation of your colleagues from Holiday Inn Simonovsky hotel to VNIIAES head office and backwards, on September 24-25, 2015. Taking into consideration that they will arrive by two different flights on Sunday night and Monday early morning, I hope you will find possibility to get to the hotel from the airport.

Dear Mr. D. Akatyev

Thanks for implemented proceedings in organizing our visiting of your company; we want to inform you that due to some problems in getting airplane tickets, the flight program of 6 Iranian representatives encountered with some changes. The new flight program is enclosed.
It should be mentioned that Mr. Ghaffari (Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant Manager) cannot take part in this meeting.
Also due to the changes in flight program, it is suggested that the visiting program starts at 14:00 PM on Aug. 24.
In addition, our representative in Moscow is pursuing hotel reservation in Holiday Inn Moscow Simonovsky.
