عنوان: Urgent! RE: C3-IRA/2/011 9024 01 - visa

Dear Ms Segura, Dear colleagues,
I can not apply for visa as I haven't any information about so called "REFERENCE No".
I would like to draw your attention that on Thursdays and Fridays the Iranian Consulate does not work and express servicing for visa issue in Sofia is 3 working days.
The dead line for receiving this "REFERENCE No" is almost today or tomorrow (17-18.02) as I need one day traveling for applying and one day for taking the passport with visa from the Consulate.
Please, if somebody has any information concerning this issue lets share.
Best regards,
Danail Bekriev

Dear
Gentlemen,

I have sent
all your details to the Iranian Mission here in Vienna for
further processing.

Per the
correspondence instruction, we submitted on 04 February 2015
to the Permanent Mission of Iran in Vienna, with the copy
the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) (c/o
Mr Gholamreza Raisali) and to the Iranian counterpart of
mission (Mr KHALAFI, Hossein) your requirements as experts,
e.g. Personal Data Form for entry visa and copy of your
passports.

The AEOI
will submit these documents to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs in Tehran for the processing of the visa.  On
approval, the AEOI will the receive the
reference no. of the visa, which they will then
communicate to the experts directly.  The experts will then
contact the Iranian embassy/consulate in their country to
have the visa stamped on their passport.  The experts can
contact the embassy only when
they have received the reference no. from AEOI.

I will try
to follow up this but also inform us as soon as you receive
your reference no from the counterpart.

Thank you
and regards,

Ms Concepcion

Dear Ms. Segura,
Would you so kind and inform us about
status of our visa to Iran. You have send (on Wednesday
February 4) to us the request personal data for entry visa
to the Islamic republic of Iran and we have send back all
requested data with copy of our passport. I think and hope
that you will require visa for us and we will pick up visa
on Iranian Embassy. Today we have received e-mail with
information that invitation letters are in progress. Who
will ask about visa: we (lectures)
or you (IAEA) have already asked?

Best regards,
   Vladimir Chrapciak
