Thank you for the mail.

I would like to confirm that the financial conditions for both representatives of Tavana will be one and the same.

Based on this agreement I would like to ask you to :

- fill the registration forms for participation in the conference with all details of your representatives and to send them to us as soon as possible;

- indicated in the participation forms the name of your presentation which I hope will be presented by one of your representatives in front of the conference – the topic of presentation which we are expecting is : Nuclear program of Iran – plans and development.

Of course we will need information for the travel details of your representatives with the purpose to be able to organize local transport for them.

If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

As we have informed you via email on May 15, we will have 2 delegates at the conference. So we want to know whether this grant is included for one of our participants or both of them. If you mean just one of our participants, could you please let us know the participation fee alone?

I would like to inform you that for special speaker from TAVANA, the decision of the Organization committee for the Conference is – without participation fee.

In the same time I would like to assure you that we highly appreciate TAVANA participation and will cover the hotel accommodation of the delegate during the conference and transfer airport-hotel-airport. You will be responsible only for the covering of your travel expenses to Varna, Bulgaria, and back.
