Dear Mr Ghods,
I am writing this email to you regarding the Workshop on Establishing a Corporate Emergency Control Centre at BNPP-1 which is scheduled for 04-08 May 2019.
As you know, the agenda of this workshop is almost completed. Considering the items to be covered during the 5-day meeting, it may be worthwhile for the participants to visit the IAEA Incident and Emergency Centre and to have a presentation on the role of the IAEA in response to nuclear and radiological emergencies. In that sense, could you please reconsider the venue of this workshop, can we have the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna as the venue of the workshop?
We are told by the colleagues in the IAEA Department of Technical Cooperation that funding would be available for a number of Iranian workshop participants.
Please kindly let us know your position on this matter by 21 March 2019.
Best regards,
Florian
