Dear Abbaspour,
Please, have the reply from the candidate Vendor to the corrective viewpoints (document named "ABmerit ...").
Most of the points represent a modification or clarification to the original offer, and would not be charged.
Some are additional work or products to the initial tentative offer, and this additional cost is mentioned in Annex 5 of the document.

As you may have seen in the technical specifications (attached here again, document named "technical specifications..."), the hardware and related software (like the operative system Windows, etc) should be provided by the user.
This cost is not included in the original tentative price of Euro 112.000 for the complete system described in those specification.
For your information, you can find here in the attached document an estimation of the prices of that Hardware (about Euro 15000).
If you want that the hardware or the additional modules you may decide (described in Annex 5) will be included in the final offer, I kindly ask you to discuss with Mr Gueorguiev during his visit to Iran soon.

Please, note that all this prices are tentative, does not constitute an offer, and are for the purpose of defining a budget. Later we have to do the IAEA procurement.

From my side (technical officer), I am ready to start the procurement process for the system as described in the technical specifications as soon as I get the budget code from TC department.
