Dear Mr Raisali,
The IAEA kindly requests clearance from the authorities in Iran for the above-mentioned IAEA expert team mission under the Project IRA2012 " To further strengthen NPPD's capabilities for the effective project management during the design and construction phases of its two new pressurized light water reactors with emphasis on safety" to be carried out in Bushehr, Iran from 26 to 28 November 2018 (excluding travel days) for the below two IAEA Staff Member and three IAEA International Experts. Please refer to the attached Job Description for further details with regard to this mission.
1. Visa Support: it would be much appreciated, should they require it, if visa support can be provided to the expert team via direct communication with them for smooth coordination of the VISA process.
2. Flights to Bushehr: kindly provide us with the a copy of the flight schedules for the Tehran-Bushehr-Tehran flights. This is needed for security clearance purposes.
3. Accommodation in Bushehr (and Tehran if necessary): please provide us with the accommodation details in Bushehr and if required also the accommodation in Tehran.
4. Itineraries to Tehran: the itinerary for Mr Van Sickle is reflected below. We will provide you with the flight details of the remaining team members as soon as they become available.
5. Airport pick-up: we would kindly request that arrangements are made for airport pick up for the entire team.
