Please fined attached our comments on Technical Assignment for modernization of RMS of stack. Our comments are included in the text of TA.
As concern as priorities for selection of equipment which are proposed by you, The preferred combination of radiometric equipment is as follows:
- M IRION PING 206s for iodine, particulates and noble gases*;
- M IRION PING 206s for iodine, particulates and noble gases*;
- MIRION NGM 202L (seismic version -if available- is preferable) for gross noble gases and tritium monitoring;
- VF V3H14C carbon-14 and tritium sampler;

* Please informed Mirion that we would like NGM 204 (in PING 206s) to be replaced by CNSNGM-18 (Canberra) in order to make spectrometry of noble gases possible.

The second priority is:
- VF CPM-300 aerosol monitor;
- VF NGM-2000 noble gas spectrometer;
- MIRION IM 201s iodine monitor;
- VF V3H14C sampler;
- Berthold LB 110 tritium monitor;

It would be appreciate if you could send to us the prices of these equipment based on the a.m. priority. Please let me know your any comments in this respect.

Dear Mr. Raji,
We have positive answer from Mirion France for supply of equipment to Iran. However they don't want they name to be involved in the process, which means they will sell the equipment to Risk Engineering and we will supply the equipment to Iran or they will supply the equipment via their Russian representative.
Now we will investigate both possibilities (via Bulgaria and via Russia) and will inform you.
Furthermore we are awaiting offers from Mirion France about the equipment for the stack and about the spare parts which BNPP requested at the end of our meeting.
In order the offer for the equipment for the stack to be relevent we (and Mirion) will need final approved Technical Assignment, because I have included in the Assignment consumables, sources, tools and spare parts...
I will await more information from you about the Technical assignment.
